Drunk man 'steals' boat for joyride on high seas, held

It could well have been a midsea scene from a thriller. A slightly tipsy man staggered onto a fishing boat docked off Vasai and zipped off on a solo joyride in the dead of night. He steered the vessel southwest of Mumbai, towards the Konkan, in the early hours of Wednesday.
