Delhi returns to old liquor policy; private & govt operators allowed

Days after their new liquor policy came under scrutiny, Delhi government on Saturday announced to return to the old excise regime. During a press conference, deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia said now government liquor shops would also be functional along with the private operators.
