The Parli district court in Maharashtra's Beed has issued a non-bailable warrant against Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray in a 2008 case. Meanwhile, a social activist has also moved the Bombay High Court with a public interest litigation (PIL) seeking sedition charges against Raj Thackeray and a curb on his movements for attempting to create disturbances.
