'Ugly girls' can be married off with attractive dowry: Book

A textbook recommended for B.Sc (nursing) lists out the advantages of dowry by saying that “ugly looking girls can be married off”, alleged Rajya Sabha MP Priyanka Chaturvedi in a letter addressed to the Union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
