Announcing four key panels for the Punjab assembly elections, Congress on Monday brought back to the fore former state unit chief Sunil Jakhar as head of the campaign committee, while naming veteran Ambika Soni as the chairperson of the coordination committee and Rajya Sabha member Partap Singh Bajwa as the head of the manifesto committee.
