Expect 150% more Covid cases in third wave compared to second in Maharashtra: Centre

According to the Centre, during the third wave, there will be 150% more cases compared to the second wave in the state. "Under such circumstances, we have no option but to tackle the situation on a war footing. We will have to enforce Covid norms. The Centre has asked us to make preparations," a senior public health official told TOI.
