Kangana Ranaut stirred up a storm with her recent comment wherein she stated that India got freedom in 2014, hinting at the BJP-led government, while the Independence in 1947 was “bheek” (alms). NCP spokesperson Nawab Malik stated that the actress was talking too much after an excess dose of "Malana cream", a type of hashish that draws its name from Malana valley in Himachal Pradesh. He also demanded that her Padma Shri be revoked and that Kangana should be booked for insulting freedom fighters.
