Woman sues banks, wins refund & Rs 5,000 relief

Despite CCTV footage proving she wasn’t to blame, a bank had deducted Rs 15,000 from a woman’s account even though a faulty ATM of another bank failed to dispense cash but printed a withdrawal receipt.
