Worried that her three-year-old son would be an impediment to their relationship, a woman and her paramour allegedly killed the child by giving him poisoned milk at a guesthouse near Civil Hospital. The truth came to light when a report from the hospital mentioned that the child had died of poisoning. The police have detained the accused and are interrogating them.
