With the induction of three OBCs and three dalits of various sub-castes in the Union cabinet, the Bharatiya Janata Party seems to have made an attempt to stop Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party from forging a larger non-Yadav OBC and non-Jatav dalit consolidation in the run-up to Assembly polls 2022.
