Foxconn Rejects Microsoft Patent Lawsuit, Says Never Had to Pay Royalties

Foxconn on Tuesday responded to a patent infringement lawsuit filed against it by Microsoft, saying as a contract manufacturer, it has never needed to pay royalties for the US giant's software.
