Virginia Gov. Northam Says He's Not in Racist Yearbook Photo and Won't Resign

The calls for the resignation of Virginia Governor Ralph Northam continue to mount after he apologized Friday for allegedly appearing in a photo in which one person is dressed in blackface and another is wearing a full Ku Klux Klan uniform.
