Foxconn Says It Will Build Wisconsin Factory, Cites 'Conversation' With Trump

Two days after Foxconn said it no longer planned to build a sprawling new factory in Wisconsin, it appears to have reversed course, citing a "personal conversation" with President Donald Trump.
