Kanhaiya, 9 others to be charged with sedition

On Sunday, the special cell wound up the probe, took necessary sanctions from the Delhi Police commissioner and the prosecution and is now all set to file the chargesheet in the case against 10 people, including former JNU Students Union president Kanhaiya Kumar.
